Objective: Modernize a run down 1970’s split-level two family into a modern single family residential for re-sale.
Construction Status: Completed
Responsibilities: Strategized with structural engineer on cost-effective structural changes. Managed the LADBS permitting process from schematic design through construction docs and RTI. Direct studio operations, ensuring timely response to all RFI’s, ASKs and submittals. Managed studio’s resourcing and financial operations with project P&L responsibility. Act as GC’s pont of contact for all RFI’s.
