Role: Sr. Project Manager, SET Creative

Objective: Deepen costumers' relationship with the BMW brand by building their first retail experience in one of the nation's premier high end shopping malls, South Coast Plaza. Build an interactive environment, introducing the millennial consumer to the design and technology of the revolutionary BMW i8.  With a materials bar, digital art canvas and virtual car station, visitors are encouraged to create the car of their dreams.

Responsibilities: Budget, billing and timeline. Management of: architect, contractor, electrical subs, fixture fabrication vendors, creative tech vendors, digital partners, installation and strike. Interface with South Coast Plaza retail and construction department to comply with all mall codes and regulations.  Work with design team to adjust power demands to comply with Title 24 regs, as well as ensuring ADA and fire compliance.       

Technologies: Re-programmed motion sensor Kinect system, Virtual Product Presentation (VPP), custom programmed LED lighting efx, LED TV Wall with matrix switching, Shoppertrak monitoring systems.
