Role: Sr. Project Manager, SET Creative
Objective: In an aggressive lead time, value engineer, estimate and manage the fabrication of a 40' shipping container and transport it to Kansas City and New York City to provide a fan engagement experience at the 2015 World Series.
Responsibilities: Bidding and contracting. Secure all Client approvals. Work with fabrication team to make sure all production requirements are met: electrical, lighting, graphics, cabinet fixtures, merchandise shelving, etc. Reconcile costs and initiate billing.
Materials: SEG lightboxes, fluorescent lighting, aluminum framing, chain link fencing, MDF, hard maple, turf, paint and twinwall polycarbonate panels.
