Role: Sr. Project Manager, SET Creative
Objective: Build out functioning retail pop-up shop equipped with additional power to accommodate high power draw, and ability to withstand the traffic of 15,000+ guests in three days.
Responsibilities: Budget, billing and timeline. Management of GC and construction subs, fixture fabrication vendors, graphics vendors, point-of-sale, logistics, installation and strike. Point of contact for Client, city officials and event production team.
Materials: Baltic birch plywood, white gloss laminate, electrostatic paint, regrind flooring, Planar touch screens, LED lighting, first surface vinyl graphics.
